Ecclesiastes 3:1-2a

“1 For everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven: 2 A time be born, and a time to die;”

We live in a fallen world where death has entered in the day that sin entered the world with the fall of Adam and Eve. (Romans 5:12)

Death is as real as life itself. There is an old saying that goes: “There are only two things you can count on in life: death and taxes.” We will all one day get to a place where we will one day have to face death. It is an inevitable part of human life.

No one is promised tomorrow. The only thing we can count on is today. That is why we much live in such a way today that it counts. Marcus Aurelius said “What we do now echoes in eternity”.

For the believer in Jesus Christ, death is not the end. The day we die is really graduation day when we go to live with the Lord forever. Believers in Jesus Christ should never fear death but should consider it merely the doorway to eternity. We can be confident that we will live forever with Christ!

Those that are left behind unfortunately go through a process of grief and bereavement and face various difficulties. We at West Rand Bikers Church want to aid you as much as possible during these times to make it as bearable as possible for you and your family facing this difficult time.

If you would like us to help or support in any way or if you want one of our pastors to conduct the funeral service, please contact us at so we can connect you with the corresponding pastor.

Just specify to us in advance whether it is a Biker styled funeral or a traditional one.
